PFG mirrors, branded Images, are manufactured in a modern, automatic silvering plant that produces a range of mirror sizes and thicknesses, to the highest quality specification.

Only the highest quality PFG float glass is selected for silvering. In the manufacturing process, a silver metal coating is applied to a sensitized glass surface. This silver layer is then protected by a layer of copper, as well as a specially formulated base paint coat to prevent chemical attack. A second top paint coat protects the mirror from abrasion and provides a smooth, even finish. Quality tests are carried out throughout the manufacturing process, with particular emphasis on:
